1. Review our current programs
2. Contact us for current rate information
3. Supply us with the appropriate info on the prequal form
4. We will perform a credit check based upon this info
5. We will phone you to discuss the results of the credit check, the appropriate program for you, and the current rates
6. If the rates and programs are acceptable, then you can fill out the application form
7. We will mail you the completed application and supporting documents for your signature
8. Once you returned the signed forms we will lock in your rate
9. Within the appropriate time frame (0-90 days, depending on the program) we will close on the loan
